Magic Tracks Review

Oh Yes! The Magic Tracks has arrived!

My boy was glued to the television whenever Magic Tracks ads come on in between his cartoon times. “Mummy – please may I have one of this? Please! Please! Please! Look! It can get up and it glow in the dark too!”

According to the press, Magic Tracks is the 2016 top ten toy success story from the US.*

Ethan was so pleased when he held the Magic Tracks car in this hand. I told him that this was his treat for being so good for the last couple of days. It doesn’t happen often enough. lol!

Once he opened the box, he knew straightaway how to put the track pieces together. He didn’t even looked at the instruction once! It was that simple!

Apparently, Magic Tracks employs serpentine design technology enabling children to confidently create exciting tracks with ease – even being able to change the design whilst the track is in use.*

Ethan made a circuit track full with obstacles under and over. He even asked me to make another hole in his papermache volcano – just to make things a little bit more epic!

Ethan also created a fun ‘hamster wheels’ and 3D sections.

Because of for its magic of being super flexible – the design of these tracks possibilities are endless. When the fun is over for the day, you just simply roll up the track in one piece – simple as that!

Do you think your kids would like a Magic Tracks set too?

Magic Tracks are available in the UK from Smyths Toy Stores nationwide and  All sets are suitable from age 3+.

Magic Tracks ReviewThe set we received was the above Magic Tracks Starter Set, SRP £19.99.

This is a great way to get started. With Magic Tracks this pack includes 220 pieces of glow track, which can build a track length of around 3.3m, a Light-Up Race Car and Decal Sticker Sheet.

Ethan loves decorating his own car. He named his car: “Michael Flash”. I have no idea where he has this name from.

There are also extras you can get…

Magic Tracks Accessory Pack, SRP £9.99
Cool accessory pack to add to the Magic Tracks fun!

Magic Tracks Additional Cars, SRP £7.99 each

A range of four additional Magic Tracks cars, each with 5 LED lights!

The only drawbacks for us is that we felt we needed more tracks and maybe add a couple more accessory packs in with the started set; and perhaps a car for each family member as well – for us to have a proper racing challenge to make the fun last even longer!

Here is a little video clip of Ethan tasting out the Magic Tracks.
